About the Role:
The Senior Facility Procurement Manager leads supply related activities for the facility to deliver excellence and integration between procurement and the team supporting facility. This is a global role with sourcing responsibility for the Eastern and Western hemisphere with an acute focus on supply resiliency and total landed cost in a dynamic environment. Strategic sourcing decisions and execution are critically important to enabling the success of the business.

What Will You Do:
- Leads the execution of delivering a lean, responsive, and resilient material and services flow for the facility from source to dock and additional required points.
- Leads the strategy, sourcing, negotiation, and supplier management for all indirect (non-production goods and services) spend categories to optimize cost, quality, and operational performance.
- Oversees a team that is responsible for operating and monitoring the supply network procurement functions to meet the defined response time, cost, quality, and lean targets enabling optimal and efficient facility operations.
- Ensures the supplier network is capable of meeting the specific facilities’ Quality, Cost, Logistics, Development, Management (QCLDM) requirements.
- Responsible for supplier quality leading a team of supplier development engineers that will perform PPAPs and initiate supplier corrective actions for defects.
- Collaborates with business partners and suppliers and resolving facility specific supplier issues.
- Support NPI / NTI programs through identification and development of sources of supply.
What Will You Have:

- Team Management: Knowledge of effective team building techniques; ability to form and manage effective teams
- Supplier Management - MFG: Knowledge of processes and methods to effectively manage business relationships and transactions with suppliers of raw materials or product components; ability to apply related knowledge, experience and skills into real practice
- Procurement Function: Knowledge of responsibilities, accountabilities, and organization of procurement function; ability to perform tasks and activities of the procurement functions or department
- Purchasing Tasks and Activities: Knowledge of policies, regulations and processes of purchasing; ability to use practices and procedures for procurement of materials, components, equipment and services
Summary Pay Range:
$159,120.00 - $238,680.00
