Position Responsibilities:
- Partner with the IRC management team
- Provide visible HR presence where our employees work to enable real time engagement and solutions
- Contribute to the development of a culture where employee experience is at the center of HR service delivery
- Aid in supporting the delivery of key HR processes (e.g. performance support, employee movement, leadership coaching, etc.)
- Develop solutions to complex problems that require ingenuity and innovation
- Ensure solutions are consistent with organization objectives
- Partner with leaders in support functions including Business Operations, Finance, Quality, etc.
- Support proactive site planning for diversity strategy and communications, site lean planning, and other site-wide processes
- Connect with HR peers and leaders with on-site activities
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- 3+ years of experience communicating and implementing HR programs, policies, practices and processes
- 3+ years of experience in a role utilizing business acumen and understanding
- 3+ years of experience in influencing and building strong relationships with stakeholders and senior leaders across functions
- 3+ years of experience executing strategies and managing projects that promote a culture of superior customer service and exceptional employee engagement
- Experience working with employees as a Human Resources Generalist (HRG)
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Human Resources certification
- 3+ years of experience interacting with (coaching, advising, partnering) leaders at all levels
- 1+ years of experience partnering with leadership to design and implement workforce strategies to meet organization objectives
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment with union populations
- Experience collaborating across organizational boundaries to deliver an integrated final product
- Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills, high-impact communication style

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary Pay Range: $102,000 - $138,000
