What You’ll Do
MultiProduct Roadmap & Execution
- Support the development and ongoing refinement of the product roadmap across Fiserv for Platforms and merchant onboarding.
- Translate customer, partner, and internal stakeholder needs into clear, actionable product requirements and user stories.
- Evaluate tradeoffs across different product lines and contribute to prioritization decisions based on data, customer value, and business impact.
- Drive daytoday execution with engineering, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with product goals.
Internal and External Product Representation
- Participate in customer and partner discussions to support product demos, roadmap reviews, discovery sessions, and feedback gathering.
- Represent product capabilities internally across sales, solutions, operations, implementation, and client support teams.
- Contribute to product documentation, enablement materials, and gotomarket readiness.
Platform & Onboarding Capability Development
- Manage features and enhancements related to onboarding workflows, APIs, developer tools, orchestration, and merchant lifecycle capabilities.
- Work with engineering and design to create modern, intuitive experiences that reduce friction in onboarding and activation.
- Help ensure consistency and scalability across onboarding experiences for SMB, midmarket, and enterprise merchants, as well as platform partners.
Customer, Partner, and Merchant Insights
- Conduct discovery with platform partners, direct merchants, and internal teams to understand pain points and unmet needs across onboarding and platform workflows.
- Gather feedback from pilots, beta programs, and production usage to inform feature iteration.
- Analyze data and customer usage patterns to identify opportunities for product improvement.
CrossFunctional Collaboration
- Collaborate with Risk, Compliance, Operations, and Legal to ensure onboarding and platform features meet regulatory and operational requirements.
- Work with Sales and Solutions Engineering to support presales conversations and ensure successful partner and merchant adoption.
- Partner with Marketing and GTM teams on messaging, launch plans, and enablement.
What You’ll Bring
- 3–7+ years of product management experience (depending on PM/Sr PM level).
- Understanding of payments, onboarding, SaaS platforms, APIs, or related fintech domains.
- Ability to break down complex workflows and translate them into simple, effective product solutions.
- Strong collaboration skills and comfort working across multiple teams and stakeholder groups.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to represent product concepts to both technical and nontechnical audiences.
- Analytical mindset and experience using data to make product decisions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with merchant onboarding, underwriting, KYC/KYB, or payment acceptance.
- Background working with ISVs, SaaS platforms, or marketplace payment flows.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and modern product development practices.
- Technical aptitude with APIdriven products and developer experiences.
