Not RequiredCollins Aerospace, a business unit of RTX Corporation, is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Analyst - Customer Service Representative to join our team in Lenexa, Kansas. This position will serve as a critical liaison between our operations teams and customers, ensuring seamless communication, efficient order management, and superior service delivery. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, the ability to manage competing priorities, and a commitment to building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
What You Will Do*:

Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing timely and accurate updates on order status, delivery schedules, and product inquiries.

Proactively manage customer accounts by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
-
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, supply chain, and logistics, to ensure the successful execution of customer orders and prompt resolution of issues.
-
Analyze large sets of data and prepare detailed reports to identify urgencies, potential delays, and areas for improvement in order management processes.
-
Conduct regular Zoom calls with customers to address concerns, provide updates, and maintain open lines of communication. May also support and participate in onsite customer visits and facility tours as necessary.

Shape the narrative during customer interactions, ensuring confidence and trust are maintained while addressing challenges or delays.

Oversee order administration processes, including: Data entry and validation. Editing and submitting repair estimates.

Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Collins Aerospace products and organizational structure to effectively support customer inquiries and provide value-added solutions.

Document and analyze customer service interactions to identify trends, improve processes, and enhance service quality.

Operate effectively in both independent and team settings, demonstrating initiative and ownership of assigned tasks.
Qualifications You Must Have:

A University Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field.

Experience in customer service or account management.
Qualifications We Prefer:

Experience with ERP systems (SAP or similar preferred)

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).

Strong organizational skills with a meticulous attention to detail.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and succinctly.

Experience working in or supporting a cross-functional environment

The salary range for this role is 68,900 USD - 131,100 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
