Who we're looking for
Toyota’s People and Property Services department is seeking a highly motivated and passionate Senior Analyst, Media Operations Project Leader. The ideal candidate will have experience in media operations, video production, and strategic planning. This role is vital to improving studio strategies, optimizing processes, overseeing project intake, and supporting supplier reviews.
The position reports to the Manager of Media Operations within the People & Property Services team and will work closely with Corporate Shared Services to ensure innovative, cost-effective solutions are delivered to meet current and future needs. A critical part of this role will be developing and managing KPIs to drive operational excellence.
What you'll be doing:
Lead studio analysts and outsourced teams by strategically assigning media projects.
Review and approve invoices, monitor supplier performance, assess scopes of work, and manage department budgets.
Develop media operations strategies by researching industry standards, consulting suppliers, and gathering insights from internal teams; evaluate alternatives, make recommendations, and present business cases to management.
Continuously assess and improve existing processes, recommending and implementing changes for greater efficiency.
Lead monthly cross-functional meetings to review strategic initiatives, share best practices, and address media-related challenges across departments.
Present initiatives to various business units while identifying opportunities for new business.
Develop and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure the department’s goals are met.
Conduct annual service provider pricing reviews, collaborating with procurement.
Support additional projects or media operations initiatives as needed.
What you bring
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
5+ years of demonstrated experience in video production.
Strong skills in gathering and analyzing data to inform strategy development and process improvements.
Desire to continuously learn and tackle new challenges.
Excellent planning, organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across departments and with external vendors.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare and present strategies to senior management.
Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite.
Added bonus if you have
Experience in developing functional strategies for service management.
Experience with RFI’s, RFP’s, service provider evaluation, and contract reviews.
Strong budgeting, accruals, and forecasting skills.
Experience with Ariba and SAP.
Familiarity with Toyota’s Way guiding principles and Toyota-specific training.
Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI.
