Description:You will be a Recruiter Analyst, supporting the full lifecycle recruiting process for Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control. This position offers a unique opportunity to assist with recruiting efforts across both Engineering & Technology (E&T) and Operations portfolios, with the potential to support multiple functional areas as business needs evolve. What You Will Be Doing
As a Recruiter Analyst, you will support the recruiting lifecycle while partnering closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and HR teammates to deliver an efficient and positive candidate experience. You will help execute recruiting strategies, maintain candidate pipelines, and ensure recruiting processes run smoothly.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting full-cycle recruiting activities for both technical (E&T) and non-technical (Operations) roles across MFC while ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Assisting with the execution of hiring strategies across multiple client groups as priorities shift.
- Partnering with Recruiters, TA Managers, and HR Business Partners to support talent acquisition initiatives and workforce planning efforts.
- Collaborating with hiring managers and recruiting partners to understand position requirements and candidate qualifications.
- Supporting candidate pipeline development through sourcing, networking, and candidate engagement strategies.
- Conducting candidate prescreens and coordinating interview logistics while ensuring compliance with recruiting policies and procedures.
- Maintaining accurate data within ATS and CRM systems while supporting reporting and recruiting metrics.
- Partnering with HR teammates to support compensation coordination, onboarding preparation, and recruiting process improvements.
- Utilizing recruiting tools and data to support talent acquisition activities and identify opportunities for efficiency.
- Assisting with recruiting initiatives such as hiring events, talent pipelines, and other Talent Acquisition projects.
- Occasional local travel to support hiring events, job fairs, and recruiting initiatives.

Basic Qualifications:• 2+ years of recruiting coordination, recruiting, or talent acquisition experience in a corporate or agency environment using CRM and ATS systems (e.g., Avature, iCIMS, Taleo).
• Experience supporting recruiting activities such as candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, or hiring event support.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume recruiting environment.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with recruiting compliance requirements, including OFCCP guidelines.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills when working with recruiters, hiring managers, and HR partners.
Desired Skills:• Experience supporting recruiting for technical (engineering, systems, software) or operations-related roles.
• Experience sourcing candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, or other recruiting platforms.
• Exposure to recruiting within the Aerospace & Defense industry.
• Experience supporting recruiting events or talent pipeline initiatives.
• AIRS or HCI certifications or interest in pursuing recruiting certifications.

Ability to Work Remotely: Full-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work remotely full time at a location other than a Lockheed Martin designated office/job site. Employees may travel to a Lockheed Martin office for periodic meetings.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California, Massachusetts, and New York is $69,700 - $120,750. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
