Role Definition
A Civil & Utility Project Manager oversees civil engineering projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered Safety, on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
Key responsibilities include planning, resource allocation, budget management, subcontractor supervision, regulatory compliance, and risk mitigation, while serving as the primary liaison between stakeholders, engineers, and contractors
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Project Planning & Initiation: Define project scope, goals, and deliverables. Create detailed schedules, work plans, and resource requirements.
- Budgeting & Cost Control: Develop and manage the project budget, monitor expenditures, manage procurement, and prevent cost overruns.
- Site Management & Execution: Supervise construction activities, ensure compliance, Safety with design specifications, blueprints, and local building codes.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Serve as the main contact for clients, contractors, subcontractors, and engineers to ensure alignment.
- Quality & Safety Assurance: Ensure compliance with safety regulations (e.g., OSHA) and implement quality control measures for all deliverables.
- Risk Management & Problem Solving: Identify potential issues (e.g., delays, site issues) and develop mitigation strategies.
- Documentation & Reporting: Prepare daily/weekly progress reports, manage contracts, and oversee documentation like change orders.
After Project person will be driving the improving the efficiencies and Maintain the facility, utility infrastructure
Experience:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Experience: 15+ years of experience in civil construction, MEPF & Utilities with a proven track record.
- Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, leadership, strong communication, and problem-solving.

• Manage and develop team meet the organizational goals
• Managing staffing, development, and performance management programs for operations staff; managing, motivating, and developing management team.
• Overseeing operations activities, ensuring that safety, and schedules and performance requirements are met and system resources are used effectively.
• Driving improvements for overall operations performance and implementing production safety, cost, and quality control mechanisms.
• Ensures the compliance of all regulatory guidelines and forges a safe and sound manufacturing environment.
