Role Definition:
Provides sales support by partnering closely with Territory Managers, dealers, customers, and internal teams to support financing transactions from quote through funding. The role focuses on clear communication, coordination, and issue resolution to ensure a smooth customer and dealer experience while maintaining accuracy, compliance, and timely execution.
Responsibilities include:
- Provide day‑to‑day sales support to Territory Managers, dealers, and customers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in both English and French via phone and email.
- Act as a key liaison between Sales, Credit, Documentation, and internal partners to ensure deals progress smoothly and accurately from quote through funding.
- Review, prepare, and support sales documentation and transaction details, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and compliance with internal policies and language requirements.
- Support dealers and customers by explaining processes, requirements, and next steps clearly, tailoring communication to the audience and situation.
- Assist with issue resolution and follow‑up on active deals, identifying potential risks or delays and escalating appropriately to support timely outcomes.
