The Area General Manager (AGM) – Ready-Mix Concrete is the senior business leader accountable for end-to-end performance of the Greater Washington RMC division—safety, people, customers, quality, profitability, asset reliability, and growth. This leader owns the complete P&L, sets the strategic direction, and builds a high-performing operating culture where frontline teams feel respected, developed, and proud of what they deliver—every load, every day. This is a hands-on, high-visibility leadership role: equally comfortable in a jobsite trailer, a batch plant, a dispatch room, and the boardroom—bringing clarity, discipline, and energy to the business while building a workplace that people want to be part of.
