Pratt & Whitney, a division of RTX Corporation, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sustainment Program Manager (P4 Level) to join our F100 Program team. This role will be dedicated to supporting three key European customers: Poland, Ukraine, and Romania. This role will work directly with international customers, as well as the United States Air Force, to provide critical support for their F100 engine fleets. Special focus will include demand planning and forecasting, contract negotiations and management, and coordination across the Integrated Program Management Team (IPMT) to ensure all customer support requirements are met. This is a fast-paced and dynamic role that interfaces with multiple business functions, including program management, material management, production, component improvement, engine management, operations, finance, contracts, legal, and more.
