项目背景
本岗位隶属于前沿研发项目，方向包括：基于 AI 的健康监测、面向有限元（FEA）仿真流程的 AI Agent 搭建，以及基于数据运算的宽体卡车综合工况开发。项目融合信号处理、数据分析、人工智能与工程仿真技术。
工作内容
• 协助开展基于 AI 的刀具状态监测，包括信号预处理、特征提取与模型验证
• 参与仿真 AI Agent（含 LLM-based Agent）的设计与开发，支持有限元仿真流程
• 开展数据降维分析、材料损伤复现及综合工况筛选与开发
任职要求（满足大部分即可）
• 机械工程、车辆工程、数据科学、人工智能或相关专业，硕士研究生优先
• 具备信号处理与数据分析能力
• 熟练使用 Python 和/或 MATLAB，具备 AI 模型搭建、训练与应用经验
• 熟悉或了解基于大语言模型（LLM）的 AI Agent 搭建者优先
• 数学基础扎实，熟悉矩阵运算及 SVD、PCA、D-Optimal、数理统计等方法
• 熟悉有限元理论，有有限元仿真经验者优先
• 英语水平 CET-6 及以上
• 工作严谨、思路清晰，具备良好的分析与系统性解决问题能力
