Job Summary
Position offers an opportunity to support the delivery and execution of enterprise HR technology initiatives that impact a global workforce. Working within the HR Technology & Innovation organization, you will play a vital role in ensuring project communications, documentation, and coordination activities are executed with accuracy and consistency. This flexible, dynamic role provides exposure to a diverse portfolio of HR technology programs and transformation initiatives, requiring strong analytical capabilities, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to adapt to evolving priorities. You will collaborate closely with senior HR Technology leadership, project managers, enablement teams, and cross-functional partners to help drive successful outcomes across multiple concurrent initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Support project and program communications for HR technology initiatives across multiple channels, including email, SharePoint, knowledge bases, and collaboration tools
- Assist with managing and responding to inquiries across shared mailboxes and support channels related to HR technology projects, launches, and ongoing initiatives
- Work closely with HR Technology leadership, project managers, enablement teams, and cross-functional partners to support delivery across multiple concurrent projects
- Coordinate with third-party vendors as needed to support activities such as translation and localization of key HR technology documents and materials
- Review, maintain, and update HR technology documentation, job aids, FAQs, and reference materials to ensure accuracy, consistency, and readiness
- Support tracking and reporting efforts across HR technology initiatives, including maintaining trackers, logs, and status documentation related to scope, progress, and risks
- Assist with audits, validation activities, and content reviews related to HR technology deliverables and readiness milestones
- Use internal tools and systems to research HR technology processes and support informed decision-making
- Provide analytical and coordination support for project activities such as meeting preparation, follow-ups, documentation reviews, and progress tracking
- Adapt to shifting priorities and provide structured, detail-oriented support across initiatives as new needs emerge
- Provide general project and program support across HR Technology initiatives, stepping in where additional analytical, coordination, or execution support is needed to help teams meet timelines and deliverables

- High proficiency with MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Qualifications
- 1+ year of professional experience in an analyst, project support, communications, or enablement role
- Experience working on cross-functional teams or initiatives
- Experience supporting technology, transformation, or enterprise initiatives is preferred
- Familiarity with project tracking, documentation standards, or HR systems is preferred
- Experience supporting global audiences or coordinating with third-party vendors is a plus

Pay Rate Range
38 - 42 USD hourly
