Join Fiserv’s 10-week Technology Summer Internship Program (June 1, 2026 – August 7, 2026) and gain hands-on experience in application development, data analytics, or IT project management. You’ll work alongside experienced teammates, contribute to real projects, and build skills through practical, real-world learning.
Role options and responsibilities
Application Development / Software Engineering:
Support coding, testing, and quality checks; participate in code reviews.
Collaborate with senior teammates on development work and deliverables.
Document processes and contribute ideas to improve solutions.
Data Analyst:
Assist with data collection, cleaning, analysis, and ongoing documentation.
Support development of algorithms/models and creation of visualizations.
Contribute to data governance and quality assurance activities.
IT Project Management:
Support planning, coordination, and tracking of technology projects.
Help manage meetings, documentation, issues, and action items.
Identify project risks and support mitigation with project teams and stakeholders.
What you will need to have:
Actively pursuing a bachelor's degree with an expected graduation between December 2026 and June 2028 in Information Technology, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or other Technology Degrees
What would be great to have:
Familiarity with software development technologies such as .NET/C#/C/C++/ASP.NET, Java/JavaScript/ReactJS, Python/R/SQL, and environments like Oracle and Linux.
Experience with data visualization and analytics tools (Power BI and/or Tableau).
Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Understanding of project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum/Waterfall) and tools (JIRA and/or Microsoft Project).
Important info about this role:
This role is on-site Monday through Friday. Fiserv considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in-person office experiences help you with your overall onboarding experience and leads to stronger productivity.
You must currently possess valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization to be considered for this role. Salary Range
$45,900.00 - $62,100.00
These pay ranges apply to employees in New Jersey and New York. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ.
