Seeking an experienced temporary Kinaxis Rapid Response contractor to design and implement scalable supply chain solutions, building planning dashboards, workbooks, and workflows, and integrate ERP/PRISM and enterprise systems to enable increased supplier collaboration, and real‑time data visibility. This role will translate business requirements into technical configurations, resolve data integration issues across platforms like PRISM and other boundary systems, and support advanced planning solutions like supplier capacity and forecasting. Responsibilities also include contributing to project documentation, status reporting, and architectural artifacts to ensure alignment with organizational standards. This position will be taking directions from Supply Chain Planning Solutions Leader.
The assignment length may vary based on business need but is anticipated to last six to nine months.
What You Will Do*

Design and implement scalable supply chain solutions leveraging Kinaxis Rapid Response

Desing, configure, develop and implement new workbooks, task flows, dashboards, and metrics.

Integrate ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, etc.) with Kinaxis Rapid Response to enable real-time data flows.

Translate business requirements into technical specifications and best practices for system configurations and data integration.

Collaborate with IT and business teams to define architecture standards and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues resolving data integrations and connections to other systems like PRISM, Snowflake, etc.

Lead the integration of large data sets to enable advanced analytics, reporting, supplier capacity, forecasting and visibility across planning scenarios.

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards in all aspects of system design and implementation
Qualifications You Must Have

Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience.

Experience problem-solving technical skills.

Experience communicating effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Integrating platforms and tools used with Rapid Response (ETL pipelines, flat file integration, and API’s)

Experience with ERP systems (SAP / Prism)

Qualifications We Prefer

Experience with major Rapid Response modules (Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Inventory, Capacity, Forecasting, and IBP / SI&OP)

Highly experienced with 2-5+ years of hands-on experience with Kinaxis Response in a technical or solution design role

Experience working autonomously and in a team environment

Supply Chain general knowledge (Integrated Business Planners, Procurement, Acquisition’s, Sourcing, etc.

This is a temporary position of an undetermined length.
The hourly rate for this role is $41.73 to $79.42. The compensation range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
