The BCA Payloads Core Engineering organization is looking for a Staff Analyst (Mid-Level or Senior) based out of Everett, WA.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with a positive, forward thinking, and energetic team of technical and engineering professionals to help achieve our organizational objectives and supporting BCA Engineering Leadership focus areas.
Position Responsibilities:
Partners with Payloads Core Director to develop plans for long-range strategies, organizational goals, objectives and initiatives for the Payloads Core Engineering organization
Develops, executes, and continuously assesses the operating rhythm, Management Information Systems, and business processes. Improves overall architecture of meeting content and leadership briefings
Supports Director level meetings, and prepares executive level briefings
Provides clear, concise communication and direction from Payloads Core Chief Engineer to first line and senior managers, ensures action items are completed on time, and coordinates responses
Creates and deploys organization-level communication strategy in connection with annual priorities and regular operating rhythm (Priorities, Org Announcements, Initiatives, etc.)
Assists Payloads Director (Payloads Design Practices Leader) with the coordination and implementation of Design Practices (Enterprise Engineering Initiative) across Payloads. Supports bi-weekly meetings, data tracking, action items, and coordination with ~ 100 people, to help monitor and track execution of the Payloads plan
Acts as the primary coordinator of the business support RAAs for the organization, ensuring workload is distributed evenly, appropriate backup support is identified as needed, and all meetings and action items are covered
Generates, maintains, and analyzes data that enables the team to run the organization. This includes, but is not limited to, performance to plan information from various cross-functional teams, budget information, workforce levels, training requirements, and facilities requirements
Manages and tracks the plans and actions needed for organizational finances. Works with managers and finance focals to soliciting inputs, aggregate results, compare forecast to actuals, and identify risks and opportunities for labor and non-labor budgets
Leads the development, planning, logistics, facilitation, and execution of large-scale employee events such as Payloads Core All Team Meetings, monthly Chief Roundtable events, etc.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
6+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
6+ years of experience with developing plans and supporting employee/customer related activities and initiatives (meeting coordination; action plans; communications; etc.)
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
10+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Highly organized and demonstrated time management skills
6+ years of experience utilizing Microsoft Office and Teams applications
3+ years of experience interfacing with, supporting, and preparing meetings and presentations for company leadership
3+ years of experience collecting, organizing, synthesizing, and analyzing data, to summarize findings, develop conclusions and recommendations from appropriate data sources at the work group level
Building positive relationships, collaborating effectively, and communicating clearly
Strong problem solving skills; ability to independently assess data and develop proposed solutions
Experience preparing executive level briefings and presentation material
Experience with program management best practices including Base Line Management, Performance Metrics, Customer Communications, Requirements Management, Supplier Management, and/or Earned Value Management
Experience with managing and reporting on organizational finances
Experience developing plans for long-range strategies and organizational priorities
Strong communication skills communicating to peers, leadership, stakeholders, and customers

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range Level 3 (Mid-Level): $88,200 - $107,800
Summary pay range Level 4 (Senior): $110,700 - $135,300
