Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking an experienced Business Process Analyst (Level 3 or 4) to join the Fulfillment Process & Performance System’s team based out of Renton, Washington.
The Business Process Analyst will have responsibility within Fulfillment Process & Performance System’s team to support our SAP transformation. The statement of work includes system and integration implementation, standard supply chain management process, data analysis, and additional duties as assigned. In this role you will be working with a great team of Product Owners, Analysts & IT Specialists to support future system transformation within BCA Supply Chain. You will partner cross functionally with Supply Chain Experts to determine feasibility of system solutions that support end to end part lifecycle.

Position Responsibilities:
Drive workshops, fit-gap sessions, and process validation with business subject matter experts to align standard SAP capabilities with Boeing requirements on behalf of the business
Gather, document, and validate business requirements from supply chain, logistics, and warehouse operations stakeholders
Design end-to-end business processes that integrate supply chain systems
Create test plans, troubleshoot defects, and ensure business sign-off on functional deliverables
Contribute to cutover planning, go-live readiness, training materials, and post-go-live stabilization activities
Apply SAP Activate methodology and Agile principles to support iterative delivery and continuous improvement
Leads development of processes and tools to measure key performance indicators
Analyzes and prepares reports to measure key internal site performance indicators
Communicates strategic initiatives, projects or procurement activities
Leads cross-functional process management activities
Leads self-assessment and audit teams to identify and implement corrective action
Lead efforts to mitigate risk and resolve issues to high-risk programs
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
5+ years Boeing Commercial Airplanes experience implementing Systems and Processes working cross functionally with IT Supply Chain Systems and business internal customers
5+ years of experience in data analysis with Microsoft Excel and other common data analysis tools
5+ years of experience of leading a cross functional team
5+ years of IT Systems technical support, software development, implementation or end user support
5+ years of experience in Business Process Modeling, Process Management Skills, Integrated Systems Thinking, Process Improvement Methods, and/or Analytical Skills.
5+ years of experience developing and maintaining relationships and partnerships with Supply Chain customers, stakeholders, peers, and partners
5+ years experience developing presentation materials in Powerpoint or similar and presenting to leaders
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Application Lifecycle Management including collecting user requirements and application testing preferably SAP, ERPLN, and Manhattan (Systems, Applications, Products)
Experience performing Warehousing processes (SAP, Manhattan, ERPLN, etc.)
Experience managing as a project manager for system implementations
Experience as application product owner
Experience with system integrations: architecture, mapping, testing, etc.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range:
Level 3: $93,090 - $105,280
Level 4: $111,972 - $132,540
