In ourCommercialModifications team, we are proud tooperateunder our EASA Part21J Design Organization Approval with a clear mission: to become the number one customer choice foraircraftretrofit solutions in the commercial aviation market. Our international team, with strong presences inHamburg andMunich, specializes in interior retrofit projects, ranging from halon fire extinguisher replacements to full cabin tube strips.

What you bring to the table:
Basic qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
5+ years of related work experience inaerospaceengineering, including stress analysis, supplier integration,and understanding oftheEASA Part 21Jcertificationprocess.
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Experience:You havea good understanding ofEASA regulatoryand applicable airworthiness requirements, includingCS-25.561 and CS-25.562and theirassociated ACsand AMCs.Experience in seat development and certificationcovering conceptdefinitionthrough approval, includingtest witnessing, familiarity withETSO performance standards(i.e.: C127, C39 series),andworking knowledge ofSTCprocesses foraircraftseats.
Tools:Proficiencywith key engineering tools: ENOVIA, Catia V5/V6, Altair HyperWorks,PATRAN / NASTRAN.
Personality:Aprincipled, reliable professional who values integrity, safety, and accountability, always striving for the highest standards of quality and ethical conduct. Inclusive and collaborative by nature, you communicate transparently, respect diverse perspectives and take ownership to drive results the right way.
