Position OverviewUHP is seeking an experienced, mission-driven Assistant Director of Performance to serve as a frontline leader of our performance coaching team. This role blends high-level coaching, team leadership, mentorship, and operational ownership within UHP’s Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) program and broader performance ecosystem.
