1st shift: 6am to 2:30pm - Monday - Friday

Responsibilities
- Completes assigned preventive maintenance and reactive maintenance repairs requiring conveyor, mechanical, plumbing, instrumentation, and other equipment, systems or structures
- Ensures repairs and maintenance to all equipment and facilities
- Responds to spills and other emergency situations, performing tasks necessary
- Knowledge of landscaping, cutting of hedges, trimming of bushes and picking up trash
- Basic knowledge of electrical
- Basic knowledge of plumbing
- Basic Carpentry skills
- Basic drywall repair and painting of walls
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must meet all requirements to receive approval for working in specific environments (if applicable), including work history if available.
- A valid State Driver's License is required.
- Basic knowledge of proper use of power tools, hand tools.
- Recognize various hardware parts and methods of repair for related tasks.
- Must possess organizational skills.
- Must be able to perform unsupervised.
- Customer Service Experience
- 2 to 3 years of similar work experience
