Overview
Compensation: $160,000 - $225,000 annual salary (US Dollars)

Responsibilities
- Leads KPI/SLA governance, reporting, and corrective action management
- Ensures integration across engineering, workplace, and subcontracted services
- Owns vendor strategy and performance oversight
- Maintains and manages risk register across all sites
- Drives continuous improvement through data and benchmarking
Qualifications
- 10+ years IFM or facilities leadership experience
- Strong KPI/SLA governance and reporting experience
- Experience managing integrated service delivery models
- Financial management and cost control experience
- Life sciences or complex environment experience preferred
