Program Summary
The Marine Corps Prepositioning Program (MCPP) is based in Jacksonville, Florida. We provide maintenance and logistic services to the U.S. Marine Corps (USMC) in support of this program. For over 35 years we have planned, coordinated, and executed the maintenance and logistic services for ground combat vehicles and support equipment for USMC Expeditionary Forces.
Job Summary
Operates heavy trucks, (over 5-ton capacity/ 10-plus wheels) usually long distances, to transport and deliver products and packaged or loose materials. Performs normal/routine operator's maintenance per established procedures. May direct, train, or assist lower level personnel. Performs other tasks as assigned.
Basic Qualifications
High school graduate or equivalent.
Three years related experience.
Complete the Motor Vehicle Operator Course (5T), or equivalent.
Class “A” driver’s license without restrictions or with restrictions acceptable to HTSI.
Valid CDL with applicable endorsements without restrictions or with restrictions acceptable to HTSI.
Ability to comply with all established methods, quality standards, and time schedules applicable to this position.
U.S. Citizen.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Common Access Card (CAC) and Base Access.
