Overview
The Senior District Manager will oversee all aspects of facilities operations for a large, multi‑site environment, supporting a diverse portfolio of buildings. This role ensures safe, compliant, well‑maintained environments through strong operational leadership, proactive maintenance management, and consistent service delivery.

Compensation: $165,000.00 - $180,000.00 annual salary (US Dollars)

Responsibilities
- Direct and coordinate all integrated facilities services across a multi‑building portfolio, ensuring service delivery meets contractual obligations, compliance standards, and operational targets.
- Maintain strong communication with multi‑level stakeholders to address evolving needs, resolve issues, and support overall mission standards.
- Implement preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance programs, utilizing CMMS tools to track work orders, reduce deferred maintenance, and improve asset performance.
- Oversee custodial, maintenance, grounds, and seasonal operations to ensure cleanliness, safety, and readiness of facilities.
- Ensure adherence to safety programs, environmental standards, and regulatory requirements including OSHA, EPA, and local/state facility regulations.
- Develop, lead, and coach a team of supervisors, leads, and frontline technicians; foster accountability, performance excellence, and continuous improvement.
- Monitor operational budgets, implement cost‑control strategies, and manage vendor relationships to support efficient facility operations.
- Support emergency response, incident management, and coordination during operational disruptions.
- Assist with seasonal and special-‑event operational needs such as deep cleaning, winter readiness, and other initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and supervisory experience in integrated facilities management, building operations, or public-sector facilities oversight; equivalent experience may be considered.
- Technical knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, life safety systems, and general building maintenance.
- Experience supporting custodial operations and multi-site facility service delivery.
- Strong understanding of maintenance management principles, scheduling, and operational budgeting.
- Familiarity with OSHA requirements, chemical handling protocols, and safety program implementation.
- Excellent communication skills for interaction with leadership, stakeholders, and facility teams.
- Valid driver’s license.
Computer Skills:
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Experience with CMMS platforms preferred.
