As part of the T408 program management team, you will work across engineering, supply chain, commercial, finance, and customer support to ensure we meet our commitments on safety, reliability, performance, delivery, and cost.
Role Overview
TheSenior Program Manager, T408 Projects and RSP Manageris accountable for the overall management of assigned projects in support of the T408 engine, with a primary focus on the execution and performance of relatedRevenue Share Partner (RSP)agreements. In this role, you will lead cross-functional teams, drive alignment across the T408 program portfolio, and serve as a key interface between GE Aerospace and its customers and partners. You will manage complex issues, participate in long-term planning, and contribute to overall business and product strategy while continuously improving the processes that support program and customer objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead program execution for assigned T408 projects, establishing technical and support goals and defining clear action plans to achieve them.
- Provide technical leadership and oversight, working closely with engineering and other functions to assure operational integrity for assigned programs and customers.
- Own RSP agreement performance, including alignment of scope, deliverables, and financial outcomes; ensure contractual requirements are fully understood and properly flowed down through the organization.
- Set program direction to achieve safety, reliability, cost, and customer support objectives, balancing functional priorities with business outcomes (cost, margin, cash).
- Contribute to critical internal business processesfor assigned projects (e.g., Program Control Board (PCB), Safety PMT, cost/productivity initiatives, component redesign projects).
- Act as the internal voice of the customer and partners, representing their interests and advocating for them on both business and technical issues.
- Build and maintain strong customer and partner relationships, supporting alignment on requirements, priorities, issue resolution, and long-term strategy.
- Report program status and risks internally, including defining and leading mitigation and recovery action plans; provide clear direction and leadership across the GE Aerospace matrix to accomplish program goals.
- Support proposal development and negotiations, ensuring program scope, pricing, schedules, and RSP commitments are fully understood and aligned; assure contract and RSP requirements are cascaded into executable plans.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degreefrom an accredited university or college.
- Minimum of 10 years of experiencein a combination of engineering roles (or significant experience interfacing with engineering on technical programs) and program or product management.
- Demonstrated experienceleading complex, cross-functional programs or projects in a technical environment.
- Ability and willingness to travelas required to support customers, partners, and internal sites.

Additional Information
The base pay range for this position is 167,900.00-224,250.00 USD. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. This position may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a percentage of base salary.
