Coding: Django/Python; front end HTML, CSS, JavaScript.

Networking: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP.

Server Maintenance: Linux/Ubuntu, Nginx, Cunicorn, managing domains and SSL certificates, Bash.

Successfully integrate Commercial Off-the-Shelf (COTS) products as part of customer-driven solutions.

Code and maintain a Depot Digital Board and Department database on AWS server.
Qualifications You Must Have
-
Typically requires a Bachelor’s in science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience unless prohibited by local laws/regulations.

Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Experience as a Database Administrator (DBA) and Database Engineer (DBE).

Experience with Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS) solutions, such as Oracle, Postgres, or related systems.

Experience virtualizing or containerizing databases.
-
Experience using Linux command line to perform database administration activities.
Qualifications We Prefer

Experience working with Systems and Software Engineers to implement and modify backend databases to interact with applications within a development environment.

Existing Security+ Certification
-
Experience with AWS.
-
Experience with NoSQL database products such as MongoDB and DynamoDB.

Experience troubleshooting database issues such as DR, replication & backups and other related issues.

Experience with database security controls and audit & compliance requirements.

Experience with automating routine tasks.

Experience with Spatial databases.

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
