Role Overview
The Salesforce Solution Architect is responsible for designing, delivering, and governing scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with business and enterprise architecture standards. This role acts as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
Experience Required: 10+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience
Key ResponsibilitiesSolution Design & Architecture
- Design end-to-end Salesforce solutions across Energy & Utilities Cloud, Experience Cloud, and integrations
- Define architecture, data models, and integration patterns
- Ensure scalability, performance, and maintainability
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Partner with business, PMs, and executives to gather requirements
- Translate business needs into technical solutions aligned with objectives
Integration & Technical Leadership
- Lead integrations with enterprise systems (APIs, databases, middleware)
- Guide development across Apex, Lightning, Visualforce, Flows
- Establish governance for development and release management
Governance & Best Practices
- Define architecture standards, coding guidelines, and security policies
- Conduct design and code reviews
- Evaluate Salesforce products and third-party tools
Performance, Security & Scalability
- Ensure high performance, reliability, and compliance
- Design role-based access, data security, and sharing models
Documentation & Mentorship
- Maintain architecture documentation and technical artifacts
- Mentor developers, admins, and junior architects
Project Oversight
- Support planning, estimation, and risk management
- Participate across full SDLC (design → deployment)
Technical Skills
- Expertise in Salesforce Energy & Utilities Cloud, Experience Cloud
- Strong experience with Apex, Lightning, Visualforce, Flows
- Integration experience: REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, Boomi, Informatica
- Data modeling, architecture design, and governance
- CI/CD, version control, and release management
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce security, compliance, and optimization
Soft Skills
- Executive-level communication and presentation skills
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing ability
- Ability to operate independently in fast-paced environments
- Proven leadership and decision-making capabilities
Pay: From $95.00 per hour
