Duties
- Perform comprehensive auto detailing services, including cleaning, polishing, and interior maintenance to ensure vehicles meet high-quality standards
- Conduct outbound cold calls and warm calls to prospective clients, introducing our services and generating new business opportunities
- Engage in B2B sales conversations, negotiating service packages and closing deals with confidence and professionalism
- Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, update customer information, and manage sales pipelines effectively
- Develop new business through proactive outreach, leveraging telemarketing techniques and marketing strategies to expand our client base
- Provide exceptional customer service by understanding client needs, answering inquiries, and offering tailored solutions
- Collaborate with the team on marketing initiatives and follow-up activities to maximize outreach efforts
Experience
- Proven experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or technical sales within the automotive or related industries
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing B2B sales deals
- Familiarity with CRM software like Salesforce or similar tools for managing customer relationships
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Knowledge of outbound calling techniques, warm calling strategies, and marketing fundamentals
- Experience in customer service roles that require active listening and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently while maintaining a motivated and energetic approach toward achieving sales targets
Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
