About this Position The Senior Logistics Planning & Operations Analyst (Performance & Analytics) exists to turn complex supply chain and quality data into clear, trusted insights that leaders and teams can act on. The purpose of this role is to strengthen how performance is measured, understood, and improved—ensuring decisions are grounded in reliable data rather than assumptions. You’ll work in a highly collaborative environment at the intersection of Supply Chain, Quality, and Operations, acting as both a thought partner and a go-to expert for analytics and reporting. This role offers the opportunity to influence how teams work with data—setting standards, building confidence in reporting, and elevating data literacy across the organization. What you´ll do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Power BI support, resolving user tickets promptly and effectively; Develop, enhance, and maintain Power BI reports, dashboards, and scorecards to support strategic and operational decision-making
- Analyze Supply Chain and Quality data to uncover trends, patterns, and anomalies; Deliver actionable insights to support operational efficiency, process improvements, and risk mitigation
- Partner with Supply Chain, Quality, and Operations teams to define KPIs and reporting needs; Translate business requirements into data-driven, measurable analytics solutions
- Create and maintain documentation, user guides, and best practices for reporting and analytics tools; Conduct training sessions to strengthen Power BI adoption and improve overall data literacy
- Implement and uphold data governance, compliance, and security standards across reporting activities
- Identify opportunities to streamline reporting workflows, improve data accuracy, and automate repetitive tasks to increase efficiency
