工作职责：
1. 严格遵守车间各项规章制度。
-制定，修订车间安全管理制度，操作规程，应急预案（适配装配车间：吊装，液压，电气，焊接，起重，以及车间规划设计中安全要点）
Strictly abide by various workshop rules and regulations. Assist in formulating and revising the workshop safety management system, operating procedures and emergency response plans (adapted to assembly: hoisting, hydraulic, electrical, welding, hoisting, and safety points in workshop design planning.
-监督制度执行，制止违章指挥、违规作业、违反劳动纪律（三违）。
Supervise the implementation of the system, stop illegal command, illegal operation and violation of labor discipline (Three Violations).
2. 协助制定、实施和监督EHS政策和程序，确保其符合适用的法规和标准
Assist in developing, implementing and monitoring EHS policies and procedures to ensure they comply with regulations and standards.
3. 协助开展EHS培训，包括新员工培训、安全意识培训和紧急情况应对培训等
Assist in EHS training, including new employee training, safety awareness training and emergency response training, etc.
-管控噪声、粉尘、油污、焊接烟尘等职业危害。
Control occupational hazards such as noise, dust, oil pollution and welding fumes.
- 建立安全台账：巡查、隐患、培训、演练、事故、劳保发放。
Establish safety ledgers: inspection, hazard, training, drill, accident and labor protection supplies distribution records.
4. 协助进行风险评估和作业分析，识别潜在的安全风险和健康危害，并提出改进建议
Assist in risk assessment and operation analysis, identify potential safety risks and health hazards, and make suggestions for improvement.
5. 协助开展现场巡检和监测，确保工作场所符合环境、健康与安全要求
Assist in on-site inspections and monitoring to ensure workplace compliance with environmental, health and safety requirements.
6. 协助处理事故和紧急情况，包括记录事故报告、进行调查和分析，并提出预防措施
Assist in dealing with incident and emergency situations, including recording incident reports, conducting investigations and analyses, and recommending preventive measures.
7. 协助推动持续改进，通过收集和分析数据，提出改善环境、健康与安全绩效的建议
Assist in pushing continuous improvement by collecting and analyzing data and making recommendations to improve environmental, health and safety performance.
8. 协助管理EHS文件和记录，包括安全数据表、培训记录和许可证等
Assist in the management of EHS documents and records, including safety data sheets, training records and licenses, etc.
9. 协助编制和更新EHS程序、操作手册和培训文件
Assist in developing and updating EHS procedures, operations manuals, and training documents.
10. 协助组织和参与EHS审计，确保符合内部和外部的合规要求
Assist in organizing and participating in EHS audits to ensure compliance with internal and external compliance requirements.
11. 协助与相关部门和机构进行沟通和协调，如EHS监管机构、供应商和承包商等
Assist in communication and coordination with relevant departments and agencies, such as EHS regulatory agencies, suppliers, and contractors, etc.
职位要求：
1. 大专学历，相关领域优先考虑
College degree or above, priority will be given to related fields.
2. 具备相关的EHS知识和经验，熟悉相关法规和标准
Have EHS knowledge and experience and be familiar with relevant regulations and standards.
3. 具备良好的沟通和协调能力，能够与各级员工和管理层有效合作
Have good communication and coordination skills and be able to work effectively with every employee and management.
4. 具备问题解决和决策能力，能够快速识别和解决安全和健康问题
Have problem-solving and decision-making skills and be able to quickly identify and solve safety and health issues.
5. 具备良好的组织和时间管理能力，能够有效处理多个任务和优先事项
Have good organizational and time management skills and be able to effectively handle multiple tasks and priorities.
6. 具备良好的分析和报告能力，能够收集和解读环境、健康与安全数据
Have good analytical and reporting skills and be able to collect and analyze environmental, health and safety data.
7. 熟练使用办公软件和EHS管理系统
Proficient in using office software and EHS management systems.
8. 具备焊接和机加工车间的基础知识和理解，以便更好地理解和应用EHS要求
Have basic knowledge and understanding of welding and machine shops to better understand and apply EHS requirements.
9. 具备相关认证（如NEBOSH、OSHA）者优先考虑
Applicants with relevant certifications (such as NEBOSH, OSHA) will be given priority.
