Senior Salesforce Developer
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to lead the design and delivery of scalable, high-impact solutions on the Salesforce platform. This role requires deep expertise in system architecture, hands-on development, and the ability to leverage AI and automation to drive business outcomes. You will work closely with stakeholders, lead technical initiatives, and mentor junior team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and architecture of enterprise solutions on Salesforce Service Cloud to support complex business workflows
- Develop and customize applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and platform best practices
- Architect and implement robust data models, including custom objects, relationships, and data governance strategies
- Design and deliver scalable self-service solutions using Salesforce Experience Cloud
- Drive the implementation of AI-powered capabilities using Salesforce Einstein AI to enable intelligent automation, predictive insights, and data-driven decision-making
- Oversee development of chatbot and guided interaction solutions to enhance user experience and reduce operational overhead
- Lead integration efforts with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools
- Establish and enforce best practices for code quality, testing, deployment, and release management
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to define requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership across projects
- Participate in architecture reviews, solution design sessions, and Agile ceremonies
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 8+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
- Strong expertise in Apex, SOQL, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Proven experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and Salesforce Experience Cloud
- Experience implementing or working with Salesforce Einstein AI or similar AI technologies
- Strong experience with system integrations and API-based architecture
- Related Salesforce certification (required)
Pay: $121,541.41 - $146,372.44 per year
