About this Position What you´ll do
- Providing technical support to ACM technical and sales representatives in Poland and providing technical information to ACM customers with proposals of value addition for possible solutions to specific cases.
- Providing technical information to the regional and international community of Application Engineers.
- Cooperating in the identification, testing and implementation of new applications of products and application equipment at customers' sites and in the workplace at the company's headquarters.
- Technical training of ACM customer on products, technologies and application equipment.
- Technical training of ACM technical and sales representatives focused on new products and technologies and application equipment.
- Cooperation with ACM's marketing department on technical matters during the creation of technical literature, including technical translation and proof-reading.
- Lectures and educational classes on ACM products and technologies.
- Responsible for product recommendations, customize products applications recommendations, new product demonstrations and troubleshooting for customers
- Perform technical visits (meetings, audits, demonstrations, troubleshooting, etc.) for customers with documentation in the CRM tool
- Leverage customer feedback to drive optimization in customer support and identify/suggest/support new business opportunities for sales colleagues
- Drive customer experience by optimizing automated customer interactions and enhancing remote customer interactions
- Supervision of the ACM Loctite Tech Center including supporting adhesive trials/testing on customer components, report technical results to customers
- Generation and Maintenance of technical documentation.
- Preparation of periodic or one-off reports as required by supervisor.
- Any other lawful activities that may contribute to the achievement of the company's business objectives through customer centric mindset
