Overview
The Senior Moves Analyst is responsible for handling office space planning, employee relocations, furniture reconfigurations, and technology updates. This role ensures efficient management of seating and facilities while minimizing disruption to business operations. The Sr. Moves Analyst works closely with MAC Manager, facility team, site leadership, vendors, and employees to deliver seamless workplace transitions.
The Senior Moves Analyst will handle move coordination and data / information supporting the Management team in efficiently managing the client’s real estate spaces.
Compensation: $40/hour - $55.28
The pay listed is the hourly range for this role. A specific offer will vary based on applicant’s experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.

Responsibilities
- Help the MAC Manager plan, schedule, and execute employee relocations, workstation additions, and team moves.
- Ensure moves are completed on time, within scope, and with minimal business disruption.
Space Planning
- Collaborate with MAC Manager, facilities, workplace, and site leadership to optimize office space utilization.
- Develop and update seating plans, office layouts, and furniture reconfigurations to support business needs.
Vendor Management
- Provide support to manage external vendors including movers, furniture installers, and service providers.
- Provide support to oversee RFPs, evaluate bids, negotiate contracts, and monitor vendor performance.
Project Management
- Lead small to large-scale facilities and workplace projects.
- Develop project timelines, budgets, scope of work, and risk mitigation plans.
Communication
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employees and management regarding seating assignments, space availability, and move-related inquiries.
- Communicate project updates, timelines, and expectations clearly to stakeholders.
Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain accurate inventory of furniture, workstations, and other workplace assets.
- Conduct and analyze post-move surveys to assess employee satisfaction.
- Track and report on occupancy metrics, space utilization, and project outcomes.
Qualifications
Experience in facilities management, workplace services, project management, or interior space planning.
Strong knowledge of data management, office furniture systems and workplace space planning concepts.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with employees, leadership, and external contractors.
