PEO End-to-End Implementation Consultant
Overview:
This is a client-facing implementation role focused on end-to-end onboarding for payroll and benefits. The associate configures and tests payroll systems (primarily WorkForce Now) based on client needs, runs initial payrolls, troubleshoots issues, and ensures data accuracy, compliance, and timely “go-live.” They act as a consulting partner to clients — answering questions, explaining processes, and educating worksite employees on benefits — while coordinating with internal teams to meet timelines and service expectations.

Education:
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
- FPC certification preferred
Job Description
- Manage the end-to-end implementation lifecycle, from system setup through benefits rollout to initial payroll execution.
- Serve as a client-facing expert to guide onboarding, payroll adoption, and benefits implementation.
- Conduct client consultations to assess payroll and system needs, analyze existing processes, and recommend tailored solutions.
- Configure and test payroll systems based on client specifications, ensuring accuracy, data integrity, and compliance in all inputs and outputs.
- Process initial payrolls and special payroll requests during onboarding, troubleshooting issues and resolving discrepancies as needed.
- Monitor compliance reports and maintain adherence to federal, state, local, and SOX requirements.
- Generate reports, year-end forms, and manual checks as required.
- Track and resolve cases within SLA timelines, providing responsive communication and building trusted client relationships.
- Collaborate with sales and clients to roll out new or updated benefit strategies for WSEs, and educate WSEs on benefits—especially during open enrollment via virtual or recorded sessions.
- Support a smooth transition from implementation to ongoing service, documenting key processes and coordinating with cross-functional teams to meet “go live” timelines and client expectations.
