About The Role
As a CBRE FacilitiesCoordinator, you will work with clients, vendors, and contractors to ensurethat facility tasks and work orders are complete.
This job is a part ofthe Facilities Management functional area which focuses on all aspects of theoperations of a set of assets, providing support to the Property Managersregarding all repairs and investment plans.
What You’ll Do
- Work with landlords, tenants, and serviceproviders to make sure they implement and recognize all procedures, policies,and reporting formats.
- Assist in the daily operational management ofthe office and building facilities.
- Liaise and coordinate with vendor for repairs,preventive maintenance, and service requests for facility related jobs
- Perform routine inspection of safety equipment(fire extinguisher, first aid kit, spill kit)
- Manage pantry, beverage and office suppliesinventory stock
- Support to update ticket systems and work ordersystems
- Manage procurement of office supplies, beveragesupplies, security equipment, and facility-related materials.
- Manage facility-related documentation, purchaseorders, invoices, and service logs
- Support implementation of workplace health andsafety procedures
- Follow instructions, short correspondence, andmemos and ask clarifying questions.
- Respond to common inquiries or complaints fromclients, co-workers, and supervisors.
- Deliver own output by following definedprocedures and processes under close supervision and guidance.
What You’ll Need
- Diploma or bachelor's degree minimum 5 years ofjob-related experience.
- Data center or manufacturing environment highlydesirable
- Advance communication skills to exchangestraightforward information.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
- Latest update OS for mobile phone to supportday to day activities
