Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Korean Speaking P&C (Property & Casualty) Account Manager to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will serve as a key liaison between or Korean speaking clients and our organization, leveraging your fluency in Korean to build strong relationships and deliver tailored insurance solutions. Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with Korean-speaking clients, understanding their insurance needs and providing expert guidance on P&C products.
- Lead business development initiatives by identifying new opportunities within the Korean market through warm calling, networking, and targeted outreach.
- Conduct detailed negotiations to secure favorable terms for clients while ensuring alignment with company policies and risk management standards.
- Manage existing accounts proactively, ensuring client retention through regular communication, policy reviews, and personalized support.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create tailored campaigns that resonate with Korean clients and promote our insurance solutions effectively.
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track client interactions, sales pipelines, and account activities for accurate reporting and strategic planning.
- Provide technical sales support by explaining complex insurance concepts clearly, addressing client questions promptly, and demonstrating product value.
- Lead cross-functional teams during the sales process to ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing account management.
Experience
- Minimum 3 years P&C experience
- Active P&C License with 3 years experience
- Proven experience in B2B sales or account management within the insurance or technology sectors, preferably with a focus on property & casualty insurance.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals effectively while maintaining positive client relationships.
- Demonstrated success in business development activities, including warm calling and prospecting within new markets.
- Excellent communication skills in Korean and English, capable of conveying technical information clearly and persuasively.
- Familiarity with marketing strategies tailored to diverse audiences and experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess client needs, analyze market trends, and develop strategic plans accordingly.
