We are seeking a Software Architect to lead the design and evolution of highly scalable, highly available, and mission-critical database cloud services across our cloud platforms. This role focuses on building next-generation Oracle database services on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), extending to Cloud@Customer deployments, and enabling multicloud architectures across other hyperscaler environments.
The ideal candidate will drive design/architecture/development for systems that operate at massive scale, delivering stringent requirements for availability, performance, security, and automation. This includes designing distributed systems, multi-region high availability and disaster recovery, and cloud-native control planes that power enterprise-grade database services.
