Purpose:
The position will belong to the Capability Center organization. The role should have strong change management acuity to ensure the success of processes/ Systems and automation tools implemented. We seek a thorough and strategic Project Specialist to be responsible for project structure and facilitate the successful execution of project milestones. The candidate will possess expertise in designing strategic landmarks and encouraging a change approach within teams to enhance project outcomes.
This role will also conduct the review, validation, and analysis of results and reports. You will also facilitate and have tactical responsibilities in the areas of Incidents, Continuous Improvement initiatives, digital capabilities project results, and system upgrades. You will follow J&J Global Services tools, procedures, and guidelines in the discharge of your day-to-day duties. Collaboration, adaptability and time management are essential for this role

Education:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2, etc.) is an advantage.
Experience and Skills:
Required:
· A minimum of 4 years of experience in Project management or related.
Cultural awareness and an ability to work with a multitude of people across multiple markets assigned.
Prior experience with deployment or implementation projects.
Prior experience in a multi-national company, and/or experience in Finance/HR Shared Services preferred.
Establishing clear plans and roles is a standard expectation for the management of projects
Identifying and monitoring milestones is a key component of project execution and management.
Fostering adaptability is increasingly recognized as crucial, especially in multifaceted environments.
Effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders are critical skills in most project management positions.
Proactively identifying and addressing risks is a vital aspect of project management.
