Administrative Specialist V

KBR is seeking an Administrative Specialist V who will provide administrative support to a department and/or Manager. Under limited supervision, works within a specialized function to complete tasks in accordance to procedure.
Functional job responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Prepare complex reports and maintain complicated records requiring careful selection, classification, or compilation of information from several sources.
Provide administrative support to Management and Departments.
Manage and track weekly schedules, travel, vacation, WFH/In Office.
Arrange and set up conference rooms for internal band client meetings, via Teams and Zoom.
Assist with Travel arrangements using the Concur Travel System.
Assist with travel visas, business letters and passports.
Arrange in-office meals and off-site client/vendor lunches and dinners.
Reconcile monthly expenses.
Assist with weekly timesheet reminders, submittals, and approvals.
Create IT requests for new/returned equipment, cell phones, IT accessories, software, executive level approval rights, access to Project Management folders.
Back-up and assist other administrative team members when needed.
Perform other duties as assigned based on business needs and organizational priorities.
Processes requests for additional industry specifications
Coordinate and control all technical reviews of publications to be released to the public via the KBR Technical Publications Review Committee. This includes all coordination with authors and tracking closure of comments prior OCE approval for release to public.
Required Education, Experience, & Skills:
High school diploma and 8+ years of experience
Time-management skills
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Must be proficient with all Microsoft products, with emphasis on Excel
Strong communication skills both written and verbal
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Ability to perform numerical, statistical, and/or financial analysis
