Job Summary
This role offers an exceptional opportunity to own and evolve
core Inventory product capabilities that directly impact guests, hotel operations, revenue, and downstream systems. Operating at the intersection of commerce, availability, pricing, and operations, this Product Manager will
oversee the full lifecycle of products that come to life across multiple channels and domains, including shopping, booking, fulfillment, and reporting.
This role is
not embedded within a single delivery pod. Instead, the Product Manager owns product outcomes end‑to‑end, coordinating work across multiple delivery teams, platforms, and partners. The role is designed to operate with
high autonomy, owning existing product initiatives with minimal oversight so that the Director of Product can focus on net‑new capabilities and strategy.
Responsibilities
- Own Inventory product capabilities end‑to‑end, from discovery through delivery, launch, and optimization, overseeing products that span multiple channels and domains rather than a single delivery pod
- Drive roadmap execution and day‑to‑day decision‑making independently for existing products, including scope, sequencing, and trade‑offs, with minimal Director oversight
- Lead cross‑functional execution across Technology, Design, Revenue Management, Operations, and Analytics, proactively managing dependencies, risks, and downstream impacts
- Define and enforce product guardrails (e.g., pricing logic, eligibility, availability, fulfillment) to protect revenue integrity, operational flexibility, and guest trust
- Own product performance and outcomes, defining success metrics, monitoring post‑launch results, and driving corrective action or iteration based on data and observed behavior
Skills
- 7-10+ years of Product Management experience, including ownership of mature, revenue‑impacting or platform products with minimal oversight
- Demonstrated experience with inventory‑, availability‑, pricing‑, or constraint‑driven systems, where guardrails, eligibility, and failure modes matter
- Proven ability to own products end‑to‑end across multiple channels and domains, coordinating work across multiple teams rather than a single delivery pod
- Strong track record of independent decision‑making, including scope, sequencing, and trade‑offs, without reliance on Director‑level involvement
- Extensive experience leading cross‑functional execution with Engineering, Design, Ops, Revenue Management, and Analytics
- Data‑driven mindset with hands‑on experience defining, monitoring, and acting on product performance metrics post‑launch
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate and document requirements, risks, and decisions to technical and non‑technical audiences
This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the hospitality industry by driving innovation and creating products that enhance experiences for diverse stakeholders. You will have the autonomy to lead strategic initiatives while working alongside talented teams in a dynamic environment where your contributions will directly influence business growth and customer satisfaction.
