Summer Internship - Product/Project Management
As a Summer Intern -Product/Project Manager you will support product and project management work that helps teams deliver solutions aligned to business priorities. You will partner with experienced teammates and business leaders on projects, process documentation, and analysis that support execution quality. This role provides hands-on exposure to product and project practices in fintech while helping you build practical business and technology experience.
What you'll do:
- Support product and project activities by coordinating assigned tasks, tracking deliverables, and maintaining project materials
- Partner with experienced teammates and business leaders to contribute to projects that align with organizational strategy and business objectives
- Assist with documenting existing processes, project updates, and business requirements under mentorship
- Contribute ideas to improve processes, workflows, and team execution based on project needs and stakeholder feedback
- Analyze project information and supporting materials to help maintain completeness, accuracy, and quality across assigned work
- Participate in meetings, status reviews, and team discussions to support project planning and execution

Experience you'll need to have:
- 0-2 years of professional work experience in product management, project management, business analysis, operations, or a related business environment
- Experience supporting projects, process documentation, reporting, or business analysis through coursework, internships, projects, or military experience
- Experience using Microsoft Excel for analysis, tracking, or reporting in an academic, internship, project, or military setting
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience presenting information, documenting processes, or coordinating with stakeholders
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Management, Computer Science, Information Management, Communications, or a related field, with an expected graduation between December 2025 and June 2027, or equivalent combination of education, related experience and/or military experience
Experience that would be great to have:
- Previous internship experience in a business, product, project, or operations environment
- Experience using Power BI, Confluence, or JIRA
- Experience working on cross-functional projects with changing priorities
- 3.0+ cumulative grade point average
How you'll work:
- This role is on-site Monday through Friday. Fiserv considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in-person office experiences help you with your overall onboarding experience and leads to stronger productivity.
