Overview
The Forklift Driver will be responsible for pick-up, segregation, and the disposal of the various materials collected and produced by the different departments in production area into designated containers located in back of plant.
Responsibilities
- Loading and unloading trucks; pickup and removal of pallets and palletized items for disposal.
- Assist filling propane tanks.
- Line containers before dumping; maintain containers and backlot area accordingly.
- Communicate with supervisor and waste management to ensure containers are emptied in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- No education required
- 6 months - 1 year of experienced preferred
- Must pass a forklift physicial
