Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to target new clients and expand existing accounts within assigned territories.
- Engage in proactive lead generation through cold calling, networking, and marketing initiatives to identify potential customers.
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical sales presentations to showcase the benefits of HVAC and air duct cleaning solutions.
- Manage territory accounts effectively by maintaining regular contact, understanding client needs, and upselling additional services.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to secure mutually beneficial agreements while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with management on sales strategies, market analysis, and territory expansion opportunities to meet growth targets.
Requirements
- Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technical sales within the HVAC, air duct cleaning, or related industries.
- Strong management skills with the ability to handle territory management and account oversight independently.
- Demonstrated success in business development, lead generation, and direct sales efforts.
- Familiarity with CRM software like Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer relationships.
- Excellent negotiation skills combined with a customer-focused approach to deliver outstanding service.
- Ability to conduct product demos effectively and upsell services confidently.
- Strong analysis skills for evaluating market trends and identifying new opportunities. Nice-to-have qualifications include experience in inside sales or retail sales environments, marketing knowledge relevant to service industries, proficiency with technology tools used in sales processes, and certifications related to HVAC or technical fields.
