Job Summary
The Human Resources Supervisor serves as a strategic business partner, ensuring the effective implementation of Human Capital strategies aligned with organizational objectives. This role provides leadership, expert guidance, and support to leaders and employees, promoting a culture of high performance, engagement, talent development, and regulatory compliance.
What the candidate will do:
- Partner with management as a strategic advisor, identifying and prioritizing HR initiatives aligned with business objectives.
- Translate business needs into actionable HR programs that strengthen performance, retention, and engagement.
- Act as a coach and trusted advisor to leaders and mid-level managers on performance management, compensation, development, labor relations, and benefits.
- Lead and develop a team of HR professionals, fostering collaboration.
- Analyze HR metrics and indicators (turnover, engagement, performance, talent, and workplace climate).
- Manage routine labor relations matters, including inquiries, disciplinary actions, and grievances.
- Guide employees on company policies, procedures, and employment practices.
Education requirement:
- Bachelor’s Degree (Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational or Industrial Psychology, Industrial Relations, Law with a labor focus, Business Management Engineering, or a related field).
- Advanced English proficiency.

- Ability to identify and develop key talent.
- Design of development strategies aligned with business needs.
- Focus on achieving short- and long-term objectives.
The best candidates will also have:
- Advanced knowledge of the Workday system.
- Previous experience in roles related to Human Resources.
- Master’s degree in human resources, Organizational Development, or Business Administration.
- Certifications or diplomas in Labor Relations, Leadership and Executive Coaching, Compensation and Benefits, Talent Development and Succession, or Labor Legislation.
Additional Information:
- Location: Reynosa, Tamaulipas.
- Availability to address departmental needs as they arise.
- Schedule: Monday to Friday.
