Toyota’s Operations Teams are looking for a passionate and highly motivatedSenior Analyst - Owner Communication Marketing.
Reporting to theRetention Marketing Manager, Integrated Customer Experience, the person in this roleLead the development and execution ofdata driven, owner-focused communication programs across the automotive ownership lifecycle to drive engagement, loyalty, and satisfaction.
This role delivers personalized,onbrandmessaging across multiple channels, partners closely with creative and field teams, and uses performance insights to continuouslyoptimizecampaign effectiveness and customer value.
Program development and campaign management
Develop and execute comprehensive communication programs for automotive owners, addressing key touchpoints throughout the ownership lifecycle.
Design strategies to deliver personalized and value-driven content, including welcome communications, service reminders, warranty updates, and loyalty incentives.
Create and manage content for email, direct mail, SMS, and digital platforms tailored to vehicle owners.
Work with creative teams to ensure all messaging aligns with brand guidelines and resonates with target audiences.
Continuously optimize content to improve engagement and response rates.
Manage expectations and performance of Field Team and keep Region & PD teams informed and engaged in the program.
Program Performance Analysis & Optimization
Track and analyze the performance of communication programs using KPIs such as open rates, click-through rates, and customer feedback.
Provide regular reports to stakeholders, highlighting successes, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
Use insights to continuously enhance program effectiveness and customer satisfaction.
What You Bring
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on customer communication programs or relationship marketing.
Strong understanding of customer lifecycle marketing and communication strategies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messaging.
Analytical skills to measure program performance and drive data-informed decisions.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to collaborate and work effectively across multiple departments, agency partners, and teams.
Added bonusif you have
Experience in the automotive industry or similar sectors.
Experience in a field sales role or in a field-facing role.
Proficiency in marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM platforms.
