What you´ll do
- Support in Source to Contract – Onboarding activities including assisting in the cleanup & update activities, monitoring and managing daily onboarding requests, and conducting quality checks on onboarding questionnaires and vendor creation to maintain accurate records for audits
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy and timeliness of order confirmations
- Identify process gaps and opportunities for improvement within the Source to Contract process
- Present project ideas to Source to Pay Leadership Team for efficiency savings and process enhancement
- Participate in eLearning sessions on project management, innovation, and continuous improvement
- Job shadowing to enhance technical proficiency and adaptability
- Develop skills in identifying digitalization opportunities and implementing process improvements
