What you´ll do
- Support the Mid-Office PIR creation process by monitoring and managing PIR-related requests through email, including proper categorization and follow-ups with CTMs for data collection
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate PIR creation while maintaining strong attention to detail and adaptability
- Participate in one-on-one job shadowing to learn system usage, supported by process aids and desktop procedures
- Identify process gaps and opportunities for improvement or digitalization within the Mid-Office PIR Creation process
- Develop and present a project proposal to the STP Leadership Team, such as a quick-win efficiency initiative, KPI improvement, or a data-driven solution (e.g., SharePoint site, Power BI dashboard, automation)
- Build skills in project management, innovation, and continuous improvement through hands-on experience and eLearning on design thinking and the end-to-end business lifecycle
