Seeking Allstate Agents - Full Time, Remote Position. Our Allstate agency is seeking energetic and driven individuals with a winning spirit to join our fast-paced sales department. This is a SALES position and individual must be P&C Licensed with Allstate experience. This is a REMOTE position, and individual must be able to work successfully from home with limited distractions.

Salary Range: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour

Requirements

Strong work ethic and great customer service skills.
Professional Phone etiquette and strong communication skills - both oral and written.

Responsibilities

Solicit for new business via telephone, networking, sphere of influence, and other lead sources.
Generate insurance quotes, explain coverages, and bind policies.
Provide exceptional customer service and be outstanding at relationship building.
Inform customers of promotions, discounts/savings, and new or upgraded products.
Follow up with customers to assure satisfaction and respond to customer inquiries.
Foster strong relationships with new and current customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.
Explain coverages and insurance policies and uphold the wants and needs of our customers to best suit their needs.
