Lead and support program security operations, ensuring compliance with 32 CFR Part 117 (NISPOM Rule), DD Form 254 contract security requirements, bilateral security agreements, DoD policy, and related directives across multiple domestic and international programs.

Support long-term global security strategies that support evolving mission needs, collaborating with U.S. and international government representatives, customer security offices, and security leadership.

Interpret and analyze contractual documentation (SOWs, CDRLs, and security clauses) for applicability, ensuring that security obligations are accurately captured and implemented.

Support program administration including Common Access Card (CAC) and Secure Internet Protocol Router (SIPR), Requests for Foreign Visits (RFV), and training compliance audits.

Serve as a liaison between program management, subcontractors, and government customers to resolve security challenges, clarify compliance interpretations, and promote best practices.

Advise deployed and CONUS-based teams on security procedures, providing direction and expertise to both company and government security managers.

Prepare and manage secure transportation, transmission, and protection plans for classified material, both domestic and international, to ensure compliant handling throughout the lifecycle.

Conduct investigations of security incidents, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions to mitigate future risk.

Support cybersecurity accreditation efforts, collaborating with Information Systems Security Managers (ISSMs) to ensure classified networks meet regulatory standards.

Organize and execute security projects, support for off-site events, reviews, and customer demonstrations, including security plan development and onsite management.

Prepare for and assist with Self Inspections, DCSA assessments, and government audits, ensuring findings are properly addressed and continuous improvement is sustained.

Conduct subcontractor visits and compliance assessments, offering partnership and assistance to enhance their security posture.

Develop and deliver engaging security education and awareness briefings tailored to audiences across multiple organizational levels.

Travel as required (estimated up to 10-20%) to support programs and conduct field activities.
Qualifications You Must Have
-
Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience

Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in industrial, program, or information security, or equivalent experience in military/government security roles.

Experience with NISPOM Rule (32 CFR Part 117) and related DoD, DCMA, or DCSA security requirements.
Qualifications We Prefer
-
Advanced understanding of Raytheon defense programs, including Patriot and LTAMDS sensors, and their associated security requirements.

Experience supporting Foreign Military Sales (FMS) and Direct Commercial Sales (DCS) contracts and understanding of export control/security intersections.

Experience developing or leading security programs for Special Access Programs (SAP) or Classified Information Systems.

Familiarity with risk management principles, insider threat mitigation, and DCSA security rating criteria.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey technical and regulatory guidance to non-security professionals.

Demonstrated success in managing complex projects, building relationships, and driving a strong security culture within multidisciplinary teams.

The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
