What You Will Do

The Naval Power Engineering Execution Team is seeking a highly motivated Integrated Product Team Lead for the Compact Rapid Attack Weapon (CRAW) within the Naval Systems & Sustainment business area. This position reports to the Program Manager and leads the execution efforts. This lead will be responsible for ensuring that program-specific care is about. They are responsible for removing barriers and defining solutions that support the program.

The MK58 Compact Rapid Attack Weapon (CRAW) Team within the Naval Systems and Sustainment (NSS) Sub-Strategic Business Unit is seeking an Integrated Product Team Lead (IPTL) to lead the primary IPT within the newly restructured CRAW organization, implemented to accommodate significant scope additions to the contract (Currently ~$100M value with anticipated growth to ~$135M by end of year).

The IPTL will lead a cross-functional team to design, develop, integrate and deliver CRAW torpedoes. The IPTL oversees all aspects of project execution, including technical performance, cost and schedule, while ensuring alignment with customer and program requirements. Key responsibilities include coordinating across all functions, managing risks, resolving technical challenges and driving the team towards successful project milestones.

Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills are essential, along with a robust technical background in Torpedoes and Anti-Torpedo Torpedo (ATT) systems. This role also involves frequent external communication with customers and technical authorities and requires a demonstrated ability to build strong customer and stakeholder relationships.

In addition, it is expected this person will learn from and build relationships across all Raytheon functional organizations to staff the IPT and ensure the timely start-up and delivery of products in accordance with the contract(s).
Qualifications You Must Have

Typically requires a Bachelor's of Science Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 10 years of prior relevant experience unless prohibited by local laws/regulations.

Experience supporting the Naval Undersea Customer.

Leadership/Management experience.

Experience with financial management/analysis tools.

Experience with Cost and Scheduling.

Qualifications We Prefer

Prior IPT lead experience on a low-rate initial production (LRIP) or full-rate production program, preferably in the aerospace and defense industry.

Experience working with undersea effectors or similar systems.

Master’s Degree from an accredited university.

Raytheon PM Certification Level 6 (or equivalent) or ability to obtain within a year.

Demonstrated program execution experience managing program staffing, assignments, and resources with cross-functional teams in an IPT organizational structure.

Proficiency with Raytheon Program Management and Earned Value Management tools or similar systems.

Demonstrated experience in leading a program or IPT over $50 million in annual sales
-
Exceptional communication, writing, and presentation skills with experience presenting to internal Raytheon leadership, customers, partners, and/or subcontractors.

Experience working with the Navy and/or International customers

The salary range for this role is 132,400 USD - 251,600 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
