About the Role
We're looking for a Recruiter to join our dynamic recruiting team supporting Amazon's Communications & Corporate Responsibility organization. Based in Seattle, this role focuses on candidate talent search and engagement across the full top-of-funnel recruiting lifecycle.
The ideal candidate fosters a collaborative team environment and a strong service-oriented culture, ensuring delivery of efficient, high-quality recruiting services that meet internal customer service level agreements.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to build robust, diverse candidate pipelines
- Manage the top-of-funnel recruiting lifecycle — from sourcing and candidate engagement through interview preparation, offer negotiation, and closing
- Partner with executive-level leaders, hiring managers, and HR business partners to align recruitment strategies with key business initiatives
- Set benchmarks and metrics to measure sourcing effectiveness and pipeline health while adjusting quickly
- Prioritize competing demands in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
What We’re Looking For
- Corporate Talent Acquisition Experience: Knowledge of sourcing methodologies and candidate generation strategies for nuanced roles
- Stakeholder Partnership: Proven ability to engage and influence executive-level leaders and cross-functional partners
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication, with negotiation and organizational abilities
- Customer Obsession: A track record of delivering outstanding service to internal stakeholders with a sense of urgency
- Prioritization & Drive: Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously, push back when needed, and thrive under pressure

Basic Qualifications
- 0-5 years of experience in a recruiting function
- Familiarity and experience with corporate functions
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders while simultaneously leading multiple searches
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Experience recruiting for corporate roles including but not limited to, Public Relations, Human Resources, Legal, and Finance.

This posting is for a contract assignment with Tundra Technical Solutions to provide services to Amazon.
The pay range that Tundra in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $34/hour - $37/hour.
