Description:The selected candidate will be a member of the F22 System Design team focused on weapons development and integration. As a System Engineer Senior you will be responsible for managing system requirements, deriving a system design, and allocating functional, performance, and interface requirements to support the fielding of new capabilities within the F-22 Modernization Special Projects portfolio.
The selected candidate will be responsible for applying technical principles, theories and system engineering concepts to meet technical and schedule milestones, identify risk and ensure customer needs are being addressed.
Basic Qualifications:- Bachelors degree from an accredited college in an engineering or STEM related discipline
- Demonstrated ability to effectively work with multiple cross-organizational technical teams, both internal and external
- Demonstrated written and oral communication skills to successfully convey complex technical details to senior management and customers
- Ability to obtain a clearance to a SAP area
Desired Skills:- F-22 experience
- Experience working with mission and weapon system architectures and capabilities

- Test planning and execution from system design requirements to system test
- Flight test execution and post-flight data analysis
- Active TS clearance

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
